Return Policy:

Return Policy: Notice of intent to return must be received by us within 10 days of the receipt date as posted in our system and that is printed on your receipt in the upper right-hand corner. Returned items must be received by us within 14 days of receipt date. Using our shipping methods, this allows plenty of time for the receipt of the product and return shipping.

Customer is responsible for and pays for all shipping fees including sending and return.and incurs all responsibility for the items and damages that they may incur during the return shipping. Items must arrive to us in NEW and Unused condition and must contain all original product packaging. Packaging must not be torn or damaged.

Shipping Policy:

U.S. Shipping & Delivery Charges: Merchandise may be returned within 10 days of receipt. Merchandise must be in factory fresh mint condition and warranty cards must be unfilled. . All returns require a return authorization # and are subject to a 15% restocking fee. All returns are to be sent back freight pre-paid, insured and double boxed. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

Our products can be delivered anywhere within the United States.

All charges are in U.S. funds.

Stock items are shipped within the 48 states 1 to 3 business days from when the order is received. Estimated shipping arrival time are approximately 1-7 business days (Depending on your location). Occasionally, if item is out of stock, We will contact you via e-mail within one business day so you can approve the additional delay or if you wish to cancel your order. If you need your item in a rush you should request overnight or second day delivery at an additional charge.
